MIke Perry and Alex Oliveira, two welterweights with giant personalities, met in the Octagon at UFC FIght Night 150 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Saturday, and the match proved every bit exciting as advertised.

In a match filled with plenty of powerful blows, it was Perry who came out with the win by unanimous decision (29-28). Oliveira set the tone early with an aggressive approach, opening a cut on Perry's nose in the first round.

Perry responded in rounds two and three, though. He knocked Oliveira to the mat late in the second and managed to land some powerful blows before "Cowboy" made his way back to his feet. The third round also appeared to go Perry's way, as he attacked Oliveira with calculated precision strikes.

Check out highlights from the fight below.

With the victory, Perry has now won two of his last three matches. He lost to Donald Cerrone in November 2018, after beating Paul Felder at UFC 226 in July 2018. Oliveira, meanwhile, has now lost two straight fights (Gunnar Nelson at UFC 231 in December, and now against Perry).
