If you haven’t heard by now, the highly anticipated fight between Nate Diaz and Dustin Poirier has been cancelled due to Poirier suffering an undisclosed injury. So what happens with Nate Diaz now? It appears that Diaz will not take part in UFC 230,

however Diaz has answered who he would like his next opponent would be, which is UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

While this would no doubt be a fantastic bout between the lightweight fighters, it doesn’t seem like Khabib will be fighting anytime soon after that huge incident that took place this past Saturday.
