UFC Middleweight Fight Thiago Santos vs. Anthony Smith Added to UFC BELEM

A UFC middleweight fight between Thiago Santos and Anthony Smith has been made official for UFC Belem on February 3, 2018 in Belem, Brazil, which will also feature undefeated flyweight fighter Joseph Morales.

Coming off three straight knockouts a piece, both Thiago Santos and Anthony Smith will meet in the octagon on February 3 in UFC Belem. Santos, who's 16-5, defeated Jack Marshman, Gerald Meerschaert, and Jack Hermansson. Anthony Smith, who's 28-12, has finished Hector Lombard, Andrew Sanchez, and Elvis Mutapcic.

Both fighters are on a hot streak and are looking to climb up the ranks to meet the middleweight champion in the future.

The middleweight bout joins flyweight Joseph Morales, who is currently undefeated at 9-0, and Deiverson Figueiredo on the currently growing UFC card. The event will be held in Belem, Brazil and while a main event has yet to be announced, surely one will come in a number of weeks.
