UFC president Dana White revealed yesterday on UFC Unfiltered that the promotion is actively working on “getting rid” of morning weigh-ins as a result of the numerous weight-related issues UFC fighters have faced since the promotion made the switch in June 2016.

White said the UFC is “looking at taking the weigh-ins back to the way they used to be,” with one official weigh-in time taking place in the late afternoon.

White’s comments were largely met with indifference from the UFC fighter community online, though several did speak out against the potential policy change. Check out some of the reactions to White’s announcement below:
