It’s stunning that Israel Adesanya only made his UFC debut back in 2018.

Virtually an unknown when he fought Rob Wilkinson at UFC 221, the undefeated prospect continued to rack up impressive wins; however, people started to finally take notice of the Nigeria native when he defeated one of the greatest fighters of all time, Anderson Silva.

Granted, Silva has fallen off a bit since dropping the UFC Middleweight Championship to Chris Leben at 162; however, the 45-year-old showed that he can still hang with the best fighters in the world at UFC 208 by beating Derek Brunson by unanimous decision.

Silva and Adesanya had an incredible encounter that ultimately saw the reigning 185-pound champion walk out victorious. Since then, the 30-year-old’s stock continued to rise with his win over Kelvin Gastelum (via unanimous decision at UFC 236) and then Robert Whittaker at UFC 243, which ultimately resulted in him capturing the UFC Middleweight title.

Shortly, UFC will be releasing a documentary of the undefeated fighter as fans will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look of the past year for Adesanya. The company has officially released a teaser for the upcoming documentary, check it out below:
