The UFC releases continue.

This time, Bethe Correia and Evan Dunham have been released from their UFC contracts following their recent losses. The fighters join Eric Spicely, Ray Borg, and Max Rohskopf as the latest talents to be given the pink slip from the promotion. UFC officials confirmed the news to MMA Fighting.

Correia came into the promotion hot with an undefeated record and managed to beat Julie Kedzie, Jessamyn Duke, and Shayna Baszler in her first three fights with the UFC; however, following her championship loss to Ronda Rousey at UFC 190, the bantamweight has only managed to win two fights in the last five years. Correia leaves the promotion with a record of 11 wins and 5 losses.

Dunham has competed in the UFC since 2009 and the veteran has gotten big wins over Ross Pearson and Joe Lauzon; however, the lightweight failed to beat top contenders such as Donald Cerrone, Rafael dos Anjos, and Edson Barboza. Dunham hasn’t won a bout since 2017, with the 38-year-old currently on a three-fight losing streak. Dunham leaves the promotion with a record of 18 wins, 9 losses, and 1 no contest.
