Ross Pearson hasn’t had the best luck inside the octagon lately.
After 10 years in the UFC, the fighter decided to retire after his bout against Desmond Green at UFC Philadelphia. The Ultimate Fighter winner has struggled with his performances in the octagon for the last several years, as Pearson only had one victory within his last seven fights in the company.
The 35-year-old then transitioned to boxing briefly and had his first fight against Salar King back in May. The MMA veteran walked out victorious with a second-round knockout.
However, Pearson decided to switch back to MMA and made his return to Probellum in London, though the results are not what he had hoped for. In a rare knockout finish, his opponent, Davy Gallon, nailed a rolling thunder kick in the third round to KO the former UFC star.
