The WWE locker room may have had a mixed reaction to Ronda Rousey joining the roster, but Conor McGregor, for one, couldn't be happier for his former UFC colleague.

The Notorious One usually comes across brash and arrogant during interview, but when asked for his thoughts on Rousey fulfilling a life-long dream of crossing over into pro-wrestling, he dropped the facade and spoke from the heart.

“I’m delighted for her. Absolutely over the moon for her. She looked like she really enjoyed herself at the event and I was very, very happy to see her. She’s a pioneer for the game and she came through it all and faced big wins and big, big losses and she came through it. It’s great to see her represent herself and mixed martial arts and have fun in the WWE. I know she’s been a big fan all her life. It’s great to see that.”
