A new welterweight fight has been added to UFC 249 as Belal Muhammad will take on Lyman Good.
Muhammad enters the fight with some momentum on his side, as the welterweight is coming off wins over Curtis Millender and Takashi Sato. The 31-year-old has won four out of his last five fights, with three of the victories coming by unanimous decision. Muhammad’s professional record currently stands at 16 wins and 3 losses.
Good is coming off a win over Chance Rencountre at UFC 244. The welterweight is hoping to build momentum as he hasn’t been able to get consecutive wins since entering the UFC in 2015. While Good’s professional record is a bit of a mixed bag within the promotion, his overall score is 16 wins and 3 losses.
UFC 249 takes place on Saturday, April 18 from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson headlining.
