Zabit Magomedsharipov may have his toughest challenge yet in the UFC on March 2. According to MMA Fighting, the featherweight is reportedly in talks to step into the octagon at UFC 235 against veteran Jeremy Stephens.

Since making his debut back in 2017, Magomedsharipov has won all his bouts, with three victories by submission. Magomedsharipov is currently 4-0 in UFC and 16-1 overall as a professional fighter.

Stephens has had a solid 2018 with back-to-back knockout wins over Doo Ho Choi and Josh Emmett before losing via first-round TKO to former featherweight champion Jose Aldo in July. Stephens is 15-14 in the octagon thus far.
