2 TNA Stars Will Get Title Matches On NXT, Sol Ruca vs. Chelsea Green & More Matches Announced

The next two weeks of WWE NXT episodes are set to be taped in advance tomorrow, and will air at their regularly scheduled times of 8 pm ET on December 23, 2025 and December 30, 2025. The next time NXT will be a live broadcast will be NXT New Year's Evil on January 6, 2026.

Several matches have been announced for those three shows as of tonight's broadcast of NXT, including some noteworthy title defenses.

After beating Bayley at Saturday Night's Main Event, Sol Ruca has been granted a shot at the WWE Women's United States Championship by NXT General Manager Ava, who set that match up for next week's episode.

Next week will also be the start of another tournament to establish the next challenger for Jasper Troy's WWE Speed Championship, though the competitors and bracket haven't been announced.

Rounding out next week's show are two matches coming out from backstage interactions, where Izzi Dame will face Lola Vice (after Vice said Dame and The Culling deserve what they get from Tatum Paxley's revenge) and what was implied to be a mixed tag team match between Stacks and Arianna Grace against Shiloh Hill and Skyar Raye, though that did not get a graphic to confirm it. Whether that is a mixed tag team match, some kind of singles competition instead, or it will turn into a segment and not a true match remains to be seen.

In two weeks, the NXT Year End Awards winners will be announced, and TNA Wrestling's Moose will get a shot at Ethan Page's NXT North American Championship.

When it comes to NXT New Year's Evil on January 6, 2026, a new No. 1 contender has been crowned to face Oba Femi. Since Je'Von Evans won the Iron Survivor Challenge, but already had his match against Femi, Ava put the four other competitors in that match in a Fatal 4-Way on tonight's episode. Leon Slater defeated Myles Borne (who took the pin), Dion Lennox, and Joe Hendry to earn a shot against The Ruler of NXT.

All in all, that makes the next three weeks of NXT cards look like the following:

NXT December 23, 2025 Lineup:

  • WWE Women's United States Championship Match: Chelsea Green (c) vs. Sol Ruca
  • WWE Speed Tournament begins to settle Jasper Troy's next #1 contender
  • Lola Vice vs. Izzi Dame
  • Something involving Shiloh Hill and Skylar Raye vs. Stacks and Arianna Grace. This is unconfirmed, but it was implied to be a mixed tag team match.

NXT December 30, 2025 Lineup:

  • 2025 NXT Year End Awards winners will be announced
  • NXT Men's North American Championship Match: Ethan Page (c) vs. Moose

NXT New Year's Evil - January 6, 2026 Lineup:

  • NXT Championship Match: Oba Femi (c) vs. Leon Slater
  • NXT Women's Championship Match: Jacy Jayne (c) vs. Iron Survivor Challenge Match Winner and WWE EVOLVE Women's Champion Kendal Grey
