In the wake of Enzo Amore being released from the company and "abdicating" his strap, 205 LIVE finds itself without a Cruiserweight Champion, and as the show got underway tonight, SmackDown GM Daniel Bryan addressed the situation.

It seems that the show will be getting a new General Manager next week, and he or she will decide what's to be done about the vacant title.

Bryan doesn't give us any indication of how they'll go about crowning a new champ, but one would assume it'll be the usual tournament method.

As for the identity of the new GM, speculation favors Drew Gulak at the moment, because... well, that would be awesome.
