The Royal Rumble always delivers plenty of big surprises and it appears as if 2018 is going to be no exception. According to a number of outlets, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker and his wife Michelle McCool have all been spotted and it seems highly likely that The Deadman could be making an appearance to set up a clash with John Cena at this year's WrestleMania!

Also in town are former Impact Wrestling star Rockstar Spud (a perfect candidate to be a surprise entrant in the Rumble match), Candice LeRae, Richochet, and new NXT signee Ethan Carter III.

Chances are that the latter three won't appear because they're just in town for last night's NXT TakeOver show but Ricochet showing up would certainly help him make an impact
in the developmental brand. We'll just have to wait and see but don't be surprised to see even more surprises than just this lot later tonight. In the meantime, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the usual place.
