Despite a lot of crazy speculation and rumours, it seems plans for Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania are finally becoming clear. According to PWInsider, The Queen is being lined up to make an appearance during tonight's episode of SmackDown. She is a RAW Superstar, and was once being lined up to challenge Asuka for the RAW Women's Championship.
Now, Rhea Ripley will square off with the Empress of Tomorrow at the Show of Shows, so where does that leave Flair? Well, that's currently unclear, but a move to the blue brand is definitely a big deal.
Bianca Belair is feuding with Sasha Banks over the SmackDown Women's title heading into WrestleMania, and it's possible that could become a Triple Threat match. It would be a little strange to throw Flair into the mix, especially as that arguably takes the spotlight from Belair and Banks, though it's also possible she'll pursue the Women's Tag Team Championships.
Perhaps WWE could bring back a big name from the past as her partner?
We'll have to wait and see until tonight, but it wouldn't make much sense for Flair not to be part of WrestleMania if she's been cleared to compete after dealing with COVID-19. After all, The Queen is arguably WWE's top female star, so there's lots she can bring to the Showcase of the Immortals.
We'll keep you updated!
