If there's one thing fans can agree on, it's that RAW and SmackDown Live is in desperate need of more good wrestling. Well, last night, a huge chunk of the blue brand's show revolved around Shane McMahon and it seems as if the best stuff was saved for after SmackDown Live went off the air!
In the dark match (which took place after that and 205 Live were done filming), Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor squared off in a match with Shinsuke Nakamura which saw him retain his title.
As you can see below, it was a fun bout and something of a dream match on the main roster. Unfortunately, neither man was featured on SmackDown Live but we did get three bouts involving The Miz and Heavy Machinery taking on some local talent, so, yay?
It will be interesting seeing how the show did in terms of ratings when those numbers show up later.
