Ahead of their match at Sunday's Royal Rumble PPV, WWE Champion Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles have been doing battle all across the country at non-televised WWE Live events. However, things took an unexpected turn in Omaha, Nebraska last night when part of the ring ended up breaking mid-match!

As you can see below, Bryan improvised by using the rope as a weapon against the Phenomenal One but Styles quickly turned the tables and ended up using them on the former leader of the Yes Movement. Luckily, this happened before intermission so officials were able to fix the ring during that.

It's hard to predict how things will play out between these two at the Royal Rumble but it will more than likely be their final match for a while as WrestleMania season finally starts heating up from here.
