Jeff Hardy and AJ Styles have advanced to the semifinals of the Intercontinental Championship Tournament after picking up big wins in their respective matches on SmackDown.

The Phenomenal One - who is now officially a member of the blue brand roster - renewed an old rivalry when he faced off against Shinsuke Nakamura in a hard-hitting encounter. The King of Strong Style came close to finally scoring a win over Styles, but the former OC leader managed to turn things around and hit a Phenomenal Forearm for the victory.

Then, in the main event, Jeff Hardy faced the man who's been running him down on the mic for weeks, Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior physically dominated The Charismatic Enigma for the majority of the bout, but one missed Brogue Kick cost him the match as Hardy was able to score a roll-up pin.

The semifinal matches have now been set, and next week on SmackDown we'll see Jeff Hardy vs. Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles vs. Elias.

Who do you guys see winning the title at the end of this? Let us know in the comments.
