AJ Styles handed Alesiter Black his first singles loss on Raw.
We didn't think we'd see a straight-up match between these two (not yet, at least), and actually guessed that The Phenomenal One would force The Dutch Destroyer to face Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson first last week.
Black did manage to defeat both of the Good Brothers with a pair of well placed Black Masses, but he didn't have enough left in the tank to vanquish Styles, who his a Phenomenal Forearm for the pinfall victory.
Before the match, Styles called out The Undertaker for costing him the gauntlet trophy at Super ShowDown, and it looks like we are indeed building towards 'Taker vs. Styles at WrestleMania. We have Elimination Chamber first, though, so we expect to see Black look for revenge at the PPV this Sunday.
