If you're a wrestler in WWE and your contract is about to expire, it's a good time to be, well, you! WWE is desperate to stop talent from escaping to All Elite Wrestling and it sounds like they've done everything possible to keep AJ Styles around. His current deal ends in April but Dave Meltzer has now confirmed that there are no plans for the Phenomenal One to jump ship; he's sticking with WWE.

It's thought that he'll have secured a new, big money contract and will more than likely get more weekends off so he can spend time with his family. All of WWE's new contract offers are for five years instead of three and that means Styles would be signed with them until he's 47. With that in mind, there's a very good chance that's where he'll end his wrestling career before moving to a backstage role.

Are you glad that Styles will remain in WWE or should he return to the independent scene now that it's hotter than ever before? As always, let us know your thoughts on that in the comments section.
