On Saturday, a story started doing the rounds that AJ Styles had officially signed a new contract with WWE. That claimed it would be for three years and while rumours have swirled about the Phenomenal One sticking with the company, he actually took to Twitter to personally debunk this.

Styles current contract does indeed expire in April and while he's fielding offers from the likes of All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling, he is expected to stay with WWE for the foreseeable.

The former WWE Champion has said on a number of occasions that he would like a lighter schedule so he can spend more time with his family and WWE will more than likely meet those demands to avoid Styles making the leap to AEW as that would hurt them in a massive way.
