Alexa Bliss has been M.I.A. from WWE programming since current RAW Women's Champion Charlotte Flair destroyed her doll, Lilly, at Extreme Rules, prompting speculation that a gimmick change is imminent. Now that Bray Wyatt has been released by WWE, it's about time Bliss does something new, especially as it's clear live fans simply aren't connecting with her "supernatural" persona.
It was recently reported that Bliss has undergone a sinus surgery, so there's no timetable on when she'll return to action. However, it sounds like this hiatus was probably the plan for a while.
However, a recent Tweet from the former Women's Champion has led to many fans wondering whether Bliss is confirming she's going to change her persona again upon returning to the squared circle. As you can see, it shows her many character transformations from the past year or so, and to say WWE has put her through a lot...well, that would be an understatement.
Bliss was actually drafted to RAW during this year's WWE Draft despite not being on TV, so chances are WWE doesn't anticipate her being gone for a particularly lengthy period of time.
Check out Bliss' Tweet below and keep checking back here for updates as we have them:
