With Kurt Angle written off television for the time being, Baron Corbin is still serving as the acting General Manager of RAW. While it's thought that his job will be on the line when he squares off with Braun Strowman at TLC, there's nothing to say that match is actually going to happen now the Monster Among Men has been shelved with a legitimate elbow injury that he will have to undergo surgery for.
According to PW Insider's Mike Johnson, rumour backstage is that the plan is for Alexa Bliss to ultimately take Corbin's position as there's still no indication when she'll be able to step inside the ring.
Nothing is set in stone and if she passes WWE's concussion tests, Bliss will no doubt return as an active competitor rather than serving in a position of authority. We'll just have to wait and see how things pan out but it would obviously be preferable for the former RAW Women's Champion to wrestle again!
