Andrade Severs Ties With Zelina Vega On RAW To Begin Singles Run; Immediately Loses To Keith Lee

Well, this was a very WWE thing to do! During last night's RAW, Andrade made it clear he's a singles competitor now...only to lose to Keith Lee moments later! Find out more details after the jump...

Zelina Vega challenged Asuka for the RAW Women's Championship last night, only to lose once again to the Empress of Tomorrow. After the bout, Andrade hit the ring and called Vega and Angel Garza the weak links in their partnership, blaming him for their loss at Clash of Champions the night before.

Taunting a tearful Vega at ringside, Andrade made it clear he's a singles competitor now and challenged anyone in the back to come out and face him. Well, that's where Keith Lee came in!

It was a relatively decent back and forth match, and certainly not a squash by any means. After hitting the double knees in the corner, Andrade picked Lee up only to get hit with the Spirit Bomb out of nowhere. With that, Lee picked up the 1-2-3 for the win and stood tall as his music played.

Needless to say, it's a strange decision to have Andrade immediately lose, though it makes sense when we recently heard Vince McMahon isn't a massive fan of the former NXT Champion. With the WWE Draft looming, it remains to be seen where he'll land and whether WWE will have any serious plans for him.
