Apollo Crews Is The Latest WWE Superstar To Undergo A Name Change And It's Seriously Baffling

It was exactly a week ago that Apollo Crews debuted his new "Crews Can't Lose!" catchphrase and while he may not be the most over WWE Superstar on RAW, it wasn't hard to imagine that quickly catching on with fans and adorning a variety of merchandise. Well, Vince McMahon clearly doesn't agree because the former NXT Superstar has undergone a name change and lost his surname!

That's right, he now joins the likes of (Antonio) Cesaro, Big E (Langston), Elias (Samson), (Alexander) Rusev, and (Adrian) Neville to lose part of his name because McMahon seemingly likes to keep things brief. However, it is downright baffling that this would happen so soon after that catchphrase was first used; perhaps, Apollo didn't run it by the higher ups and he's now being punished?

We'll never know but perhaps fellow Titus Worldwide members Titus O'Neil and Dana Brooke will soon be known only as "Titus" and "Dana." What do you think of this change? Sound off below.
