Elimination Chamber takes place on Sunday, March 8th, and two matches have been advertised for the PPV thus far. Those are
SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day taking on The Miz and John Morrison, while a Chamber match with Roman Reigns, King Corbin, Robert Roode, Daniel Bryan, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Braun Strowman has also been "confirmed."
Now, though, Dave Meltzer has noted on the Wrestling Observer Radio that the participants in the latter (which will decide who faces The Fiend at
WrestleMania for the Universal Championship) are indeed subject to change as WWE's creative plans become clearer.
"It was a line up sent to sell tickets but they haven’t decided," he reveals. "They’re gonna have an Elimination Chamber...who the six people are, they just threw six names there." That does make sense, and it will now be interesting seeing how this match comes together, especially as we're well on the Road to WrestleMania.
