Asuka And Kairi Sane Earn A Women's Tag Team Title Match At WWE Live Event In Japan

During the Superstar Shakeup, Asuka and Kairi Sane were revealed as a new tag team but we've seen little to nothing of them - or their manager Paige - since then. However, they were in action in Tokyo, Japan earlier today and squared off with Women's Tag Team Champions The IIconics in a non-title match.

Asuka and Sane picked up the win when Sane pinned Royce after an Insane Elbow.

It's said that they've now earned a future Tag Team title shot and there's currently no word on when that might take place. Extreme Rules seems like a strong possibility and it will be interesting seeing how things pan out, especially as WWE has mostly forgotten that this division exists since WrestleMania

How do you guys think hope things pan out?
