The main event of SmackDown LIVE saw Asuka attempt to avenge her loss to Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania in a terrific match.

The Empress of Tomorrow did technically win, but only after The Queen got herself disqualified for using a kendo stick just like she did on Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series. However, when Flair turned her attention to Women's Champion Becky Lynch (who was sitting ringside), Asuka took the opportunity to do some caning of her own and laid waste to both Superstars with some vicious shots which left welts all over Charlotte's back.

Some people believe "The Man" will drop the title at TLC so she can enter and win the Royal Rumble match, so Asuka may have a pretty good chance of walking out new Women's Champion at the PPV this Sunday.
