Is there heat on Ronda Rousey for missing RAW this week? Nope! While those Tweets sent out by various female wrestlers in the company may lead you to believe that the former UFC fighter isn't that popular backstage, it turns out that many of the people who took shots at her on social media are actually Rousey's close friends and WWE was planting seeds for her post-WrestleMania feuds.
During her first night on RAW, Rousey reportedly made an effort to shake everyone's hand backstage and everything she said at Elimination Chamber about not wanting special privileges was true.
She doesn't have any travel perks or her own dressing room and Rousey has made it clear to people backstage that she wants to do everything she can to earn their respect. It's also no secret that she's been training hard at the Performance Center with the likes of Charlotte Flair and Natalya, while WWE sources claim that she's actually "pretty good" and will surprise fans with her in-ring abilities.
