Baron Corbin Lost His Job And Received A Beatdown From Kurt Angle During Last Night's RAW

While Baron Corbin can't be fully blamed for the poor quality of RAW in recent weeks (that's down to bad creative decisions), devoting so much of the show to him has proved to be a mistake and his time as General Manager came to an end last night when the McMahon family made it clear that they're back in charge and planning to bring some big changes to the show moving forward.

Corbin tried to make a case for why he should be allowed to stay on but they were having none of it and he was booked in a match with Kurt Angle. The twist was that if he won, Corbin would get his job back but to make him pay, various members of the McMahon family appeared during the bout to make it a handicap match, then a no DQ match, and even to add a special referee (Heath Slater).

Ultimately, Corbin received a beatdown from Angle, Bobby Roode and Chad Gable, Apollo Crews, and Slater, and ended up being put through a table and left lying knocked out in the ring!
