talkSPORT recently caught up with SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley and while the full interview will be released later today, an excerpt has been released in which she talks about her disappointment with the way WWE has handled the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.

Sasha Banks hasn't been seen in the company since WrestleMania after she and Bayley lost the titles to The IIconics and WWE has mostly forgotten about the titles since.

"We thought Sasha and I would be given that chance and we weren’t," Bayley admits. "We then thought the IIconics would get that chance, they didn’t really." She went on to say that she has high hopes for Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss because "the titles have so much potential."

There's no denying that WWE has completely dropped the ball with this division since pretty much day one so it will be interesting seeing if that changes moving forward.
