Bayley And Sasha Banks Retain The WWE Women's Tag-Team Championships On RAW

We though we might see the titles change hands here, but Bayley and Sasha Banks once again managed to hold on to their WWE Women's Tag-Team Championships with a win over the Kabuki Warriors on Raw...

Bayley and Sasha Banks, aka The Golden Role Models (who on Earth came up with that shite?), are still the WWE Women's Tag-Team Champions after successfully defending the titles against The Kabuki Warriors in the main event of Raw.

The match was a pretty good back and forth affair, with the heels toning down the shady tactics for a change and working as a well oiled machine. The Warriors came very close to winning the titles when Kairi Sane hit her Insane Elbow on The Boss, but Bayley pulled her out of the ring before the ref could make the 3-count.

With Asuka busy dealing with Bayley on the outside, Sasha managed to lock the Banks Statement on Sane and force a quick submission.

There was a lot of speculation that Banks and Bayley may turn on each other here and lose the titles, but if that is indeed on the cards, it doesn't look like it's going to happen until SummerSlam at the earliest. In fact, we see the dissolution of Kabuki Warriors first! More on that later.
