The SmackDown Women's Championship was given the semi-main event spot during last night's Super ShowDown PPV, and that's no great surprise considering the fact this marked the first time a women's title has been defended in Saudi Arabia.

While it was widely believed that Naomi would walk out with the title, Bayley managed to retain her championship in a bout that featured "This is Awesome!" chants from those in attendance.

Both women were completely covered and wearing t-shirts over their ring gear, and Bayley actually used that to trap Naomi's left before driving her head into the mat and picking up the 1-2-3. Now, it remains to be seen what the plan is for the title at WrestleMania, but we could end up getting a rematch.
