WWE's women's division is bigger now than it's ever been and that means a lot of the roster fails to make it on to television on a weekly basis. Becky Lynch is finally beginning to get the spotlight, though, and during a recent convention appearance, Lynch confirmed that she's attempted to talk WWE management into launching Women's Tag Team Championships for the female roster.
"Been pitching it for a year — maybe two," the Irish Lasskicker revealed. "I think that would get people excited to watch any of the brands, because you wouldn’t know when people would be showing up on either RAW or Smackdown." It would actually be better to have separate titles for the RAW and SmackDown Live brand but the point is still valid and it would be cool to see.
With any luck, WWE takes Lynch's advice on board and gives the women's division more to do on television as a result. Still, with only five hours of programming a week and many other titles often overlooked, there's a very good chance that there's simply no room for it. What do you guys think?
