Becky Lynch Names Charlotte Flair As Her Replacement To Face Ronda Rousey At SURVIVOR SERIES

Becky Lynch put her storied feud with former friend Charlotte Flair aside tonight on SmackDown when she named The Queen as her replacement to take on Raw Women's Champ Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series.

As we reported earlier, Becky Lynch was not cleared to compete at Survivor Series after suffering a concussion last night on Raw, and was forced to name her replacement to face Ronda Rousey at this Sunday's PPV event.

Asuka was a firm fan-favorite pick, but The Irish Lass Kicker ended up choosing former friend turned bitter rival Charlotte Flair.

To be honest, this wasn't too surprising as Flair is easily the biggest name on the roster after Becky. It may not make much sense from a storyline perspective, but then again, Lynch was never really viewed as a heel by the WWE Universe anyway so her giving The Queen her blessing isn't that hard to swallow.

At any rate, the one silver lining here is that "The Man" didn't have to relinquish her title, and this entire situation should lead to another confrontation with Rousey. At WrestleMania, perhaps? We can only hope.
