Becky Lynch Will Challenge Carmella For The SMACKDOWN Women's Championship At SUMMERSLAM

Last week, SmackDown Live General Manager Paige made it clear that if Becky Lynch was able to beat Carmella on last night's show, she would become the #1 contender for the Women's Championship. Well, the Irish Lass Kicker did indeed emerge victorious and is now heading to SummerSlam!

It's been far too long since Lynch was given the spotlight and the first ever SmackDown Women's Champion taking that title back at the biggest party of the summer would be fun to see.

Carmella's run has definitely been entertaining but she's not the best in-ring talent WWE has and Lynch taking on Asuka, for example, would be a breath of fresh air. We'll just have to wait and see whether or not she manages to capture the title but you can hear more from Lynch on her win down below.
