Ever since WWE took a PG stance the company has shied away from inter-gender matches, but it's now been officially announced that we'll see Becky Lynch in a singles match against James Ellsworth tomorrow night on SmackDown LIVE.

Of course, this doesn't necessarily mean that the chinless wonder will get any real offense in on The Irish Lass-Kicker, but one would assume that it won't be a completely one-sided affair.

Does this mean WWE has softened their stance on men competing against women? Well, Ellsworth is portrayed as a ridiculous, incompetent comedy character so he's most likely going to be the exception.

At any rate, we'll find out tomorrow night. In the meantime, let us know what you think about this in the comments.
