WrestlingInc.com recently caught up with Big Cass to discuss a number of topics and confirmed that, yes, he has indeed been in talks with WWE about returning somewhere down the line. That comes after Triple H recently denied that him and Enzo Amore had been asked to return to NXT.

"Yes, [WWE and I] have been in contact," he reveals. "I talk to them. Who know what will happen? I could get a call tomorrow, so I’ve been in contact with them and we chat on a regular basis. But nothing is concrete yet, so we’ll see what happens."

Talk then turned to those rumours about him and Enzo and after making it clear he would be open to returning to WWE without his former tag team partner, he confirmed they haven't discussed returning to the company as a team. "Like, we haven’t talked to them, we hadn’t even opened dialogue with them."

"I don’t know who put it out there. I don’t know what reason they put it out there for but maybe to gauge things, but I can guarantee you this – despite what Triple H said, Enzo didn’t put it out there, I didn’t put it out there. We had no idea where it came from."

How would you guys feel about these two coming back to WWE after they left the company under something of a cloud?
