Blame Jimmy Fallon If You Were Unhappy With How The Legends Were Treated On RAW's 25th Anniversary Show

Many fans were disappointed that the roles of most of the WWE Legends that returned for the RAW anniversary show basically amounted to waving from the stage, and it seems a certain late night host is to blame.

WWE promised us that a whole host of former Superstars and Legends would be returning for RAW's 25th anniversary episode this past Monday, and while that was technically true, many fans were not happy about their fleeting appearances.

However, it seems the likes of Torrie Wilson, Trish Stratus and MVP etc were originally going to be a bigger part of the show.

According to Sports Illustrated, the plan was for Jimmy Fallon to interact with the Legends in pre-taped backstage segments, but when the chat show host was unable to make it in time to record them, the idea was scrapped and we got the stage wave stuff instead.

Dammit Fallon, first you rub Trump's hair, now this!?

Ah well, with any luck we'll see at least some of the former female Superstars in the Royal Rumble this Sunday.
