A few years ago, minds were blown when AJ Styles made his WWE debut as the #2 entrant in the Royal Rumble match. Now that Kenny Omega is a free agent, speculation is running rampant about his future and it seems as if he'll either arrive in WWE or the newly launched All Elite Wrestling.
Simply put, WWE needs Omega as many hardcore fans are bound to flock to AEW to check out stars like The Young Bucks, Cody Rhodes, and even Chris Jericho and Neville (now known as PAC).
Bobby Roode, however, believes Omega should make his WWE debut in the Royal Rumble match later this month. "Right now it seems like the stars in the business, the people I’m familiar with, are definitely in the WWE or quite possibly one of the 30 guys that are already in the match. But if you’re looking for an outside guy, I don’t know, it’s gotta be Kenny Omega then."
"He’s a fellow Canadian and a guy that, I think, has a lot of talent and would be a huge addition to this company," the Tag team Champion added. "But who knows? We’ll see what happens."
