Tyson Fury has brought WWE a lot of mainstream attention but does the boxer have a future in the squared circle? Well, during a recent interview with Telegraph, he was asked about exactly that and it sounds like, for now, he's planning to return to a different ring.
"I’m an entertainer and fast learner, so I’ve been getting the best out of it. It’s taken my mind off boxing completely," Fury stated. "I wouldn’t be in training camp at the moment, anyway. But it gives me something to do. I didn’t want October and November off. I knew this would be a month-long job and I knew I would be busy."
"Never say never," he added, "but I’ve got nothing planned for the future with wrestling."
In other words, he's going back to boxing once he's faced Braun Strowman at Crown Jewel this week but assuming he has a good time, it's easy to imagine him wanting to return (especially as he reportedly earned as much as $15 million for his appearances).
What do you guys think?
