As expected, Braun Strowman did show up at TLC before Baron Corbin could take a count-out victory - but he was not cleared to compete. Instead, The Monster Among Men reminded the acting GM that there are no DQs in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match, and revealed that he'd brought some help.
At that point, Superstars (Roode and Gable, Apollo Crews, Finn Balor) that have had issues with Corbin's abuse of power arrived at ringside with chairs in hand, and when the former Lone Wolf attempted to retreat up the ramp, Kurt Angle's music hit.
The former GM beat Corbin back into the ring where referee Heath Slater laid him out with a punch, before each man took turns hitting their finishers on him. The match ended when Kurt hit his Angle Slam and Strowman stood on Corbin's chest while Slater made the 3-count.
This means that Baron is no longer Raw GM, and Braun gets a Universal Championship match against Brock Lesnar at The Royal Rumble.
