This past Friday on the season premiere of SmackDown, Roman Reigns defeated Braun Strowman in the main event after locking on a guillotine choke, but the finish resulted in some confusion.
Though the camera didn't show it, Michael Cole clearly said that Strowman tapped out and that's why the ref called for the bell. This would have been the first time The Monster Among Men had submitted, so one would assume the camera crew would have been instructed to get good shot of what would have been a pretty important spot.
Well, it turns out the camera didn't pick it up, because it never bloody happened!
Braun took to Twitter after the match to clear things up, clarifying that while he was choked out, he most definitely did not tap-out, and rightfully call Cole out for being moron in the process.
Some fans were still pissed off about the beating The Tribal Chief put on Strowman, but that was to be expected with the latter heading to Raw in the Draft.
Braun is set to face Keith Lee later tonight on Raw in what should be an exciting hoss fight.
