WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt died last year aged only 36, and his passing sent shockwaves through the world of pro wrestling. While we'd expected him to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this April, the company seems to be holding off on that for now.
This April will, however, see the release of a new documentary - Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal - on Peacock.
Exploring his incredible career, the movie will feature insights from Wyatt's fiancé and former WWE ring announcer JoJo Offerman, his brother Taylor Rotunda/Bo Dallas, John Cena, Becky Lynch, WWE's Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque, Hulk Hogan, Seth Rollins, and more.
The Undertaker faced Wyatt at WrestleMania 31 and, before Bray passed, appeared to pass his torch as WWE's main supernatural character to his former foe when they crossed paths on RAW. The Phenom will serve as the narrator for Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal.
"Windham Rotunda had a brilliant mind," Triple H said on X. "There was no wall he wouldn’t break down in the name of storytelling. You had no choice but to believe in him. He was just that good. It’s time for his story to be the one that's told."
Here's the full synopsis for the documentary:
Bray Wyatt is one of the most revered and mysterious characters in WWE history. The story behind that character and the man himself, Windham Rotunda, has never been documented until now. Using never-before seen interviews and exclusive backstage footage, Windham Rotunda’s inspiring story unfolds. Sadly, in August of 2023, Windham passed away at the age of 36.
