Windham Rotunda (Bray Wyatt) is now a free agent, and all eyes are on where he plans to go next after being released by WWE over the summer. Recently, Ringside News shared comments from a WWE source disparaging the former Universal Champion and saying he deserved to be released.
"Not being an apologist or a WWE defender, just telling you like it is. If you were running a business, and Windham was on your payroll, you’d release him, too," they claimed. "Between his backstage antics and the way he handled himself when making millions and millions while medically flagged, he really deserved to be released." Clearly, there's a lot of bad blood between WWE and Rotunda.
It certainly didn't take the former WWE Superstar long to respond as he initially shared a GIF of The Rock rolling his eyes before noting, "Now that we have Johnny and Bruce's opinion, I would like to share mine soon. #KultofWindham"
That is, of course, a reference to unpopular General Manager of Talent John Laurinaitis and equally disliked RAW and SmackDown Executive Director Bruce Prichard. Something tells us Rotunda will have plenty to say about them both over the coming weeks and months, so stay tuned for updates.
