Brock Lesnar May Not End Up On The SMACKDOWN Brand After The WWE Draft After All

Brock Lesnar is set to challenge Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship on Friday Night SmackDown but a new report claims that The Beast isn't yet a lock for the blue brand following the upcoming WWE Draft.

Brock Lesnar is currently being advertised for several upcoming SmackDown shows but it sounds like it's far from guarantee that he'll be part of Friday Night SmackDown following this year's WWE Draft.

In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it's said that the ad department in WWE is usually only given information from people who know bits and pieces about what's coming in the future so there's nothing to say that they'll know anything specific about him switching brands.

It's also possible that Lesnar's name is being advertised in order to combat weak ticket sales.

Bear in mind that Lesnar could still win the WWE Championship and be on RAW and with rumours swirling that FOX wants The Fiend on Friday nights, he could make the leap with the Universal Championship to that show once the Draft takes place.

We'll keep you guys updated.
