The WWE Universe was introduced to Matt Hardy's Broken/Woken persona tonight on RAW during a DELIIIIIIGHTFUL hijacking of Bray Wyatt's promo.

It looks like Hardy is going to be continuing the feud with the Eater of Worlds, who was responsible for "awakening" the ancient entity that dwells withing the Matt Hardy vessel (just go with it) last week.

The promo was hilarious and a lot of the crowd did seem to be familiar with the gimmick that Hardy first debuted back in Impact Wrestling, but it'll be interesting to see if the character proves to be a little out there for mainstream WWE fans moving forward.
