Seth Rollins shocked the world at WrestleMania 41.
The architect came up with a masterful plan that saw him leave WrestleMania 41 as the winner in his never ending war against Roman Reigns and CM Punk. But Seth’s plan wasn’t just about winning a match; it was about saving the future.
The following night, Rollins and Paul Heyman gloated about their genius plan, but that wouldn’t last for long as Roman and CM Punk came down for one mission: to beat the hell out of both men. Unfortunately for both men, Rollins recruited one of the biggest talents on the roster - Bron Breakker. The former Intercontinental Champion destroyed the longest reigning world champion of the modern era with ease.
Now Breakker, Rollins, and Heyman stand tall. Following their heinous attack last week, what will these three men say tonight?
Roman Reigns and CM Punk weren’t the only men on the end of a brutal assault as former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther took his anger out on Michael Cole and Pat McAfee. Gunther has been suspended indefinitely, but Pat McAfee returns and will address the incident on tonight’s show.
Speaking of wrestler’s taking out their anger, Becky Lynch was not a happy woman once her and Lyra Valkyria lost the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles only a day after they won them. The former WWE Women’s Champion left the Women’s Intercontinental Champion lying unconscious to the sound of thunderous boos (and some cheers). Lynch will explain her disgusting assault on Lyra on RAW.
In a first time ever match, former NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez will take on former WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley. This stems from Perez ambushing both Stephanie Vaquer and Iyo Sky last week. Both women are trying to get back into the title picture and a win here will definitely be a good step towards that direction.
Check out the confirmed line-up for tonight’s Monday Night RAW:
