With less than a week to go until Crown Jewel takes place, TMZ recently caught up Cain Velasquez to ask him about his upcoming match with Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship.

"It’s personal," he says in the video below. "Him going in and hurting Rey and going in and start hurting his son Dominik, forget that. It’s personal, I’m going in there to beat his ass." While he's ready to take on The Beast, Velasquez acknowledged that he's new to the wrestling business but has plenty of time to get familiar with the world of WWE.

"Yeah, I’ll be here for the next three years, for sure," he said regarding his WWE contract. "As I get better and better, I’m gonna keep doing this. I love it. I’m gonna keep doing it."

Velasquez went on to comment on the possibility that Conor McGregor could also make the leap to WWE one day. "Conor McGregor, he’s an amazing athlete. He’s amazing at what he does for the sport, even when he’s not fighting [with] his promos and everything."
