Carmella And Otis Qualify For The MONEY IN THE BANK Ladder Matches On SMACKDOWN

Two Money in the Bank qualifying matches took place this week on SmackDown, with Carmella and Otis emerging victorious.

First up, The Princess of Staten Island took on Mandy Rose in a very brief, fairly lackluster encounter. Before things could really get going, Sonya Deville interrupted and provided running commentary (she's passionate and believable on the mic) from the ramp, distracting The Golden Goddess to the point that she took her eye off the ball and ate a superkick which cost her the match.

Deville then made her way to the ring and decimated Rose by ramming her into the steel steps.

Later on, Otis faced Dolph Ziggler in the main event. The Showoff was very confident heading in, but The Heavy Machinery member soon asserted his dominance and managed to pin his opponent with the Caterpillar.

Carmella and Otis now enter their respective MITB Ladder Matches, with the former taking the final spot in the women's bout. Apollo Crews' replacement for the men's match will be decided this coming Monday on Raw.
