Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro are the new SmackDown Tag-Team Champions after defeating The New Day in a tables match at The Horror Show at Extreme Rules.

The highly underutilized pair seemed to have their opponent's numbers heading into the PPV after picking up respective singles victories over Kofi Kingston and Big-E in the weeks leading up to the event, and that proved to be the case. T

he match was an exciting back-and-forth encounter, and The New Day came very close to retaining their titles on a couple of occasions. In the end, though, Cesaro was able to power-bomb Kofi through two tables from the top turnbuckle to the ground in what looked like a pretty risky spot.

Both of these guys should really be in the WWE Championship picture, but they should also make a formidable tandem moving forward. Let's just hope they get a significant run with the tag-titles.
